2. Enter your contact information.
3. You will receive an email with the payment link.
4. Make the payment securely through our Stripe channel.
5. You will receive a confirmation with a unique code that will grant you access to both the facility and your assigned locker.
6. Go to our location and enter your personal code on the smart keypad.
7. Store your belongings and explore Tarragona without worries.

You can access the lockers you have reserved any day of the week, 365 days a year.

Your reservation is valid for the entire contracted duration, so you can access it as many times as necessary using the access code that we will send you by email.

If you have had any problems with your reservation and need a change, write via WhatsApp or call +34 636 28 91 62 from 08:00h to 00:00h and we will manually adjust your reservation. In the case of cancellations, as long as we are notified in advance of the start of the reservation, a refund will be issued. However, there is a small non-refundable percentage corresponding to financial institution commissions. The NON-refundable amount will be: (Reserved amount * 0.075) + 0.5€

Example: For a reservation of 11.99€, the non-refundable part would be: (11.99€ * 0.075) + 0.5€ = 1.4€

You can store any items that fit in your reserved locker, except for prohibited items (read text). List of prohibited items:

1. All kinds of food, except packaged food that cannot spill, stain the lockers, or produce odors in the facility.
2. Animals of any kind or any other living beings.
3. All objects that require a license or authorization (weapons and/or ammunition, etc.).
4. Objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (stolen objects, pornographic material, drugs, or materials degrading to human beings, etc.).
5. All kinds of materials that are polluting or dangerous (hazardous substances, flammable objects, etc.).
6. All types of chemicals.
7. Cash, checks, or other non-negotiable means of payment.
8. All valuable items such as jewelry, watches, precious metals, collectibles, etc

Remember that you pay per rented locker, not per item.

An additional payment will be required for the exceeded time based on the requested rate.

Yes, absolutely. Our facility is protected by Prosegur through video surveillance cameras and an alarm system connected to a 24-hour monitoring center. In addition, our lockers have connected alarm systems to detect attempts of forced opening or any improper acts.

You can stay at the facility for as long as you need to store your luggage and retrieve what you need. You cannot stay at the facility for purposes such as sleeping or eating.

Taking photographs or videos of the security mechanisms in the facility (lock system, store screens, video surveillance cameras, etc.) is prohibited for reasons of security and confidentiality. In case of violating this rule, the police can be notified to safeguard the safety of all our users.

It is strictly forbidden to sleep and eat on the premises for hygiene and cleanliness reasons. Any such infraction will be detected by motion sensors and reported.
